EXCHANGE, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Versant, we are committed to delivering top-quality cricket equipment trusted by athletes who know the game. While we do not offer returns, we ensure a fair and transparent exchange and replacement process under specific conditions to enhance your shopping experience.

EXCHANGE REQUEST PROCESS

  • Click “Raise an Exchange Request” on the website footer

  • Upload the required images, invoice, and unboxing video

  • Versant team will respond within 24–36 working hours

  • If approved, hand over the product to the pickup agent or courier it (as instructed)

  • After inspection, exchange will be processed and shipped accordingly

By placing an order on the Versant website, you agree to the following terms:

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns. Exchanges or replacements are allowed only under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged or defective product (must be supported with a 360-degree unboxing video at the time of package opening)

  • Manufacturing defect, as per the brand’s policy and quality control standards

  • Size issues (only for unused, unwashed items)

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 5 calendar days of delivery

  • Product must be in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • Exchange is allowed only for same or higher-value items (subject to availability); the customer must pay the price difference if applicable

  • Exchange is subject to Versant’s internal quality assessment

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pin code, the customer must self-courier the product to the address provided by Versant via info@versantsports.com

  • Unauthorised returns or shipments without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed — exchanged items are not eligible for further exchange

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to support any exchange request

  • Do not place the product (specially apparel) on the floor or in dusty areas

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Inner-wear (e.g., abdominal guards)

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Products without original packaging/tags

The exchange request may be declined if the required information and images are not provided. The exchange request cannot be re-submitted if it is declined due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.

2. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To safeguard your order from transit damage and ensure authenticity:

  • Please record a 360-degree unboxing video as you open the package

  • The video must clearly capture the sealed package and product condition

  • This must be submitted within 18 hours of delivery

  • Only claims supported with the unboxing video will be considered for exchange or replacement

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • If cancelled after shipping, a one-way courier fee will be deducted from your refund

  • No cancellations are processed on Sundays or National Holidays
