Exchange-Only Policy
We currently offer exchanges only. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Exchange
You are eligible for an exchange if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You initiate the exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

- Clear photos of the issue
- Reason for exchange
Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products returned without original packaging
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Items beyond the 7-day exchange window
